The most recent matchmaking partnership between The MIX and the Taipei Game Developers Forum (TGDF) has just come to a close, continuing the ongoing mission to help facilitate connections between game developers and industry folks around the globe!
While The MIX / Taipei partnership goes back years, including the Asian Developer’s Showcase at GDC in 2019 and road trips to Taiwan, this collaboration transitioned online in recent years.
The MIX, IDG Share and the Taiwan External Trade Development Council delivered this year’s matchmaking sessions, bringing together developers for ten games from a variety of genres with a range of industry folks. Featured games:

In rotating sessions on Discord, each team presented its pitch deck and game demo to industry representatives from Good Shepherd, Versus Evil, Gearbox Publishing and Kowloon Nights in 30 minute meetings.
Along with our core showcases, networking events, Black Voices in Gaming, and more, the TGDF continues The MIX’s mission to help teams from around the world achieve success and visibility with their craft.
